Services and Prices

• Interior design development: $20 to $40 per sq.m.
• Completion: Included in the project cost
• Author’s supervision: From $150 per month or from 1500 UAH per site visit

Interior Design Development consists of three stages

Stage 1:

• Measurements of the existing space
• Creation of a technical task
• Selection of references and approval of the overall stylistic direction
• Development of layout solutions in several options
• Approval of the final functional layout with furniture placement

Stage 2:

• Development of visualizations for all spaces and zones, followed by discussion and approval
• Selection of decorative materials

Stage 3: Preparation of project documentation:

• Measurement plan of the existing space
• Furniture and equipment placement plan
• Demolition plan
• Installation plan
• Ceiling plan with cross-sections
• Electrical layout (lighting, sockets, outlets, acoustics)
• Plumbing layout
• Air conditioning and ventilation plan (coordinated with third-party contractors)
• Flooring layout
• Wall elevations
• Development of decorative elements proposed in the visual part of the project for further calculations and construction by contractors
• Specifications of decorative materials
• Lighting specifications
• Furniture specifications

Each stage involves regular communication with the client. The project timeline depends on the size of the space and the frequency of communication with the client. Completion entails the selection of decorative materials, furniture, and lighting elements according to the approved visualizations. This process is carried out during the development of visualizations and working documentation. The designer, either independently or together with the client, visits stores to select tiles, sanitary ware, wallpaper, flooring, focusing on their appearance, technical properties, and price segment. Furniture, lighting, and decor items are chosen from online catalogs or dealer showrooms. Completion is included in the project cost. Author’s Supervision includes:

• Regular site visits to ensure construction work adheres to the project
• Consultations with the foreman and builders on-site or over the phone
• Adjustments to working documentation (if necessary)
• Creating a schedule for ordering and delivering decorative materials and furniture items according to the construction timeline
• Approval of color samples and decorative elements on-site
• A guarantee of project realization!
